About the event
The fifth Galley Head Swim will take place on the 22nd of July 2023. This iconic 10KM swim will once again see swimmers start at the Red Strand before tackling the legendary waters around Galley Head and finally the long 6KM leg to The Warren in Rosscarbery.
Our chosen charities for 2023 are Marymount Hospice, Cancer Connect and CoAction.
